The red buds and dogwoods normally bloom each year right before Easter, so this week we took a buggy ride through the ranch to look at the beautiful blooms. As we rode through the wooded trails, it reminded me of the story of the Easter Dogwood. What is the Easter Dogwood story?
It's officially Spring Time in the Ozarks! This week we worked the cows and turned them out upon the mountain for the spring and summer to graze the mountain pastures. How beautiful it was to take a buggy ride and watch the cows settle in to their new mountain home.
