About Us: Welcome to Lonesome Pine Quilts Online. Your one stop quilt shop.  Nestled in the beautiful Ozark mountains of Arkansas, Lonesome Pine Quilts is a piece of heaven on earth. Our passion is to preserve and promote the traditions of  sewing and  quilting from generation to generation, and we cater to the quilting artisans of America.  At Lonesome Pine Quilts you can explore our 20,000 yards of fabric,  as well as a variety of notions, precuts, batting, widebacks and hand embroidery essentials. We provide a range of quilting  and sewing classes for the beginner to advanced.  If finishing a quilt is what you are looking for, we can help point you in the right direction, with professional hand and machine quilting. We are also a licensed retailer of Aromatique (candles, room spray and potpourri),and Poo-Pourri: Toliet Spritz.

Return & Refund Policy: 
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns: You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
