Our passion is to preserve and promote the traditions of sewing and quilting from generation to generation, and we cater to the quilting artisans of America. At Lonesome Pine Quilts you can explore our 20,000 yards of fabric, as well as a variety of notions, precuts, batting ,widebacks and hand embroidery essentials. We provide a range of quilting and sewing classes for the beginner to advanced. If finishing a quilt is what you are looking for, we can help point you in the right direction, with professional hand and machine quilting. FREE OPEN SEW DAY!!
Bring your sewing machine and an unfinished project with you and come sew with us at Lonesome Pine Quilts Free Sew Days on Friday, May 15 and Friday, May 22 from 10:00am-3:00pm. Bring a brown bag lunch with you and join in with other quilters to sew and have fun and get some projects finished. Space is limited to the first 15 people, so register today and reserve your spot.
LOG CABIN HEART FOUNDATION PAPER PIECING CLASS
You've been asking for it and here it is! Log Cabin Heart Foundation Paper Piecing Class at Lonesome Pine Quilts on Wednesday, May 20th from 10:00am-3:00pm. It's easier than you think and you will learn how to lay out your fabrics on printed foundation paper and sew on the lines to make this beautiful FPP heart. Cost of the class is $34 and includes pattern and instruction only. Other supplies not provided but available for purchase in the shop.

EVERYDAY QUILTED TOTE CLASS at Lonesome Pine Quilts on Thursday, May 21st from 10:00am-3:00pm. Introducing the Everday Quilted Tote Bag, a beginner-friendly, easy-to-construct design! The Penny Farthing Bicycle Art Quilt is a 37” X 30” High Wheel Wall Art from Sally Manke that is easier than you think to make with steam a seam fusible applique. QUILTED RUG CLASS at Lonesome Pine Quilts on Saturday, May 30th from 10:00am-3:00pm. Learn how to piece and make your own 24" x 36" quilted throw rug for your bedroom, kitchen or bathroom. Beginner Starry Log Cabin Quilt Piecing Class
June is Beginner Month at Lonesome Pine Quilts and we are starting off the month with a two day Beginner Quilt Piecing Class on Friday and Saturday, June 12 & 13 from 10:00am-3:00pm each day.
Learn the skill of how to select fabrics, cut out the pieces, and create simple blocks to make this easy log cabin star quilt. Even if you are not a beginner, but would love to join in the fun of making is beautiful quilt, come join us.
Cost of the class is $40 and includes patter and two days of instruction only. Other supplies not provided but available for purchase in the shop.

Red, White, and Blue Laura Heine Flag Collage Class
Come join us at Lonesome Pine Quilts on Thursday, June 18th from 10:00am-3:00pm for this fun "painting with fabric" Laura Heine Red, White, and Blue Flag Collage Class.
You don't need a sewing machine for this class. Just your fabric and sewing tools to make this 50" x 31" raw edge applique flag. It is so fun and easy to do. Just like painting but using fabric instead of paint.
Cost of the class is $45 and includes pattern and instruction only. Other supplies not provided but available for purchase in the shop.

Beginner Serger Class
We continue our Beginner classes for the month of June at Lonesome Pine Quilts on Friday and Saturday, June 19-20 from 10:00am-3:00pm each day with a two day Beginner Serger 101 Class.
If you have a serger but have really never learned all the many things that a serger can do, then this is the workshop for you.
Cost of the class is $40 and includes two days of instruction only.

Mult Media Textile Beginner Bag Class
Lonesome Pine Quilts will be holding a two day Multi-Media Textile Beginner Bag Workshop on Friday and Saturday, June 26-27 from 10:00am-3:00pm each day. In this fun workshop, you will be making four mini bag projects using mini charm packs, cotton fabric, faux leather, vinyl, jelly vinyl, and cork.
Learn how to install bag zippers on different medias of textiles and experience how fun and easy a bag is to make.
Cost of the class is $45 each day and includes two days of instruction and kits for all four projects that include fabrics, mini charm packs, vinyl, faux leather, cork, jelly foam, zippers, and patterns.
All you need to bring is a sewing machine and your sewing tools. Bring your own thread or you can purchase thread at the shop.
