We provide a range of quilting and sewing classes for the beginner to advanced. If finishing a quilt is what you are looking for, we can help point you in the right direction, with professional hand and machine quilting. Beginner Starry Log Cabin Quilt Piecing Class
June is Beginner Month at Lonesome Pine Quilts and we are starting off the month with a two day Beginner Quilt Piecing Class on Friday and Saturday, June 12 & 13 from 10:00am-3:00pm each day.
Learn the skill of how to select fabrics, cut out the pieces, and create simple blocks to make this easy log cabin star quilt. Even if you are not a beginner, but would love to join in the fun of making is beautiful quilt, come join us.
Cost of the class is $40 and includes pattern and two days of instruction only. Other supplies not provided but available for purchase in the shop.
$10 non-refundable registration fee to register and will be applied to cost on date of class.

Red, White, and Blue Laura Heine Flag Collage Class
Come join us at Lonesome Pine Quilts on Thursday, June 18th from 10:00am-3:00pm for this fun "painting with fabric" Laura Heine Red, White, and Blue Flag Collage Class.
You don't need a sewing machine for this class. Just your fabric and sewing tools to make this 50" x 31" raw edge applique flag. It is so fun and easy to do. Just like painting but using fabric instead of paint.
Cost of the class is $45 and includes pattern and instruction only. Other supplies not provided but available for purchase in the shop.

Beginner Serger Class
We continue our Beginner classes for the month of June at Lonesome Pine Quilts on Friday and Saturday, June 19-20 from 10:00am-3:00pm each day with a two day Beginner Serger 101 Class.
If you have a serger but have really never learned all the many things that a serger can do, then this is the workshop for you.
Cost of the class is $40 and includes two days of instruction only.

MULTI-MEDIA TEXTILE BEGINNER BAGS WEEKEND PART 1
Lonesome Pine Quilts will be holding a two day Multi-Media Textile Beginner Bags Workshop on Friday and Saturday, June 26-27 from 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. each day.
Part 1 of this fun workshop will be on Friday, June 26 in which we will be working with cork and a mini charm pack and making a cork credit card wallet, and a mini zipper pouch.
Cost of the class is $45 and includes patterns, instruction, and all the cork, mini charm pack, zippers and materials needed to make these two adorable projects. all your need to bring is your sewing machine and your sewing tools. Bring your own thread or you can purchase thread at the shop. Come to one of the two classes or come to both.

MULTI-MEDIA TEXTILE BEGINNER BAGS WEEKEND PART 2
Day two of our Multi-Media Textile Beginner Bags Weekend at Lonesome Pine Quilts begins on Saturday, June 27th from 10:00am - 3:00pm. In this class we will be working with fabric, jelly vinyl, clear printed vinyl, and faux leather to make a Boxy Pouch and a makeup/pencil pouch.
Cost of the class is $45 and includes patterns, instruction, and all the materials you need to make these two fun pouches. All you need to bring is your sewing machine and your sewing tools. Bring your own thread or you can purchase thread at the shop. Come to one of the two classes or come to both.

AMERICANA SEED PACK QUILT BLOCK OF THE MONTH CLASS
Come join us at Lonesome Pine Quilts on Saturday, July 11 at 10 a.m for Part 1 of a 5 part Block of The Month Class featuring Lori Holt's Americana Seed Pack quilt. This is a 5 month Block of the Month program with 5 one and a half hour classes on Saturday July 11, Saturday August 1, Saturday September 5, Saturday October 3, and Saturday November 7 from 10:00-11:30. Just 5 classes to complete this beautiful quilt. Cost is $45 per class for the first 4 classes, and $81 for the last class and includes all the patterns and fabrics needed to complete this patriotic beauty. This is a demonstration class only, so no need to bring a sewing machine or any supplies. Class space and kits are limited so sign up today to reserve your space.

CUDDLE UP CHRISTMAS QUILT BLOCK OF THE MONTH CLASS

This is a 5 month Block of the Month program with 5 one and a half hour classes on Saturday July 11, Saturday August 1, Saturday September 5, Saturday October 3, and Saturday November 7 from 10:00-11:30. Just 5 classes to complete this adorable quilt just in time for the Christmas Holiday. This is a free Block Of The Month class, but you must purchase the pattern at the shop for $20. This is a demonstration class only, so no need to bring a sewing machine or any supplies.
