Crab Salad Recipe

Want a cool and delicious salad for spring or summer? This recipe is great ANY TIME of the year. This easy Crab Salad Recipe can be served in so many ways and is so quick and easy to make.
1 pound imitation crab meat
1 shallot minced (or you can use red onion)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1--In a large bowl add all the ingredients together with shredded crab meat and stir gently until well coated.
2--Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Refrigerate overnight for best results.
This salad is great just to eat as a salad with crackers.....
....or on a bun or croissant as a sandwich......
.....or to serve at a party on endive boats. Delicious any way you serve it. Enjoy!
