Yummy Weight Watchers Cheesy Corn Chowder

I am just loving all these new Weight Watcher recipes that are so delicious.  This YUMMY WEIGHT WATCHERS CHEESY CORN CHOWDER is on 2 points per cup and it is DELICIOUS.  And even better......it is way easy!!  Enjoy!

 

INGREDIENTS: 

  • One 32 oz box of chicken broth
  • One 24 oz bag frozen corn
  • (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes 
  • ounces Velveeta reduced fat cheese

    DIRECTIONS

    • Combine chicken broth, Rotel, and corn and cook together for 8 minutes.
    • Stir in 8 oz. Velveeta light cheese and serve.
    • Keeps well in the refrigerator.

     

     

    Substitute frozen chopped broccoli instead of the corn for a delicious, 2  point per cut Broccoli Cheese Soup.
