Recipe Wednesday-Baked Apricots

The perfect side dish for beef, pork, or chicken. It adds a delicious taste of sweet and tart to any dinner. And is one of our family favorites. Enjoy!


4 Cans pitted apricot halves (drained) 2/3 Cup brown sugar

1 Sleeve Ritz Crackers (crushed)

1 Stick melted butter

INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Butter a 9"x13" casserole dish and layer two cans of apricots, 1/3 cup brown sugar, half the sleeve of crushed crackers. Repeat ending with crackers on top. Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes.
