When you grow up on a small cotton farm in North Eastern Arkansas, it's easy to see how cotton can run in the blood. I have two all time favorite cookie recipes, and this Paula Deen Butter Fingers cookie recipe is one of them. I roll mine in powdered sugar twice....once when they are hot out of the oven and then I go back and roll them all in powdered sugar again. Absolutely delicious, no fail cookie recipe.
