Yummy and low-fat Chicken Spaghetti

For all you January dieters, here's a great recipe. I got this wonderful recipe years ago at a Weight Watchers meeting. It is delicious and only 4.5 Weight Water points per serving.

 

Ingredients:

6 oz diced cooked chicken

3 oz grated cheddar cheese

1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup

1/4 cup chopped onions

1/4 cup chopped bell peppers

1/2 cup skim milk

2 cups cooked spaghetti

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Saute onions and bell peppers. Combine remaining ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
