Weight Watcher Chicken Spaghetti

Posted by Judy Taylor on

Sometimes I think summer is God's wake up call that we need to loose weight.  I don't know what happens between September through May, but every year my summer wardrobe seems to shrink more and more.  So here I am again, pulling out all my weight watcher recipes and back to cooking and eating healthier.

This is one of my all time favorite Weight Watchers Recipes.  It's called CHICKEN SPAGHETTI and it is delicious.  It only has 5 points per serving and the recipe makes a 6 serving casserole. Enjoy and good luck with that weight thing.

INGREDIENTS:

8 oz cooked chicken diced or cubed

3 cups cooked spaghetti (5 oz dry)

1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup chopped onion and  1/2 cup chopped bell pepper (sauteed together)

3 oz Velvetta Cheese, cubed and melted

DIRECTIONS:

Mix all ingredients and pour into casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.  Cover and bake until heated thoroughly (15-20 minutes) in 350 degree oven.

NOTE:  I also sprinkled Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (zero points) on top of casserole before baking.
