Recipe Wednesday - Yummy Chicken Spaghetti

Yummy and low-fat Chicken Spaghetti

Ok how many of you over-ate over the Christmas Holiday? I know I did. And every year after the holidays, I go to this wonderful recipe I got years ago at a Weight Watchers Meeting. It is delicious and only 4.5 Weight Watcher points per serving.



6 oz diced cooked chicken
3 oz grated cheddar cheese
1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
1/2 cup skim milk
2 cups cooked spaghetti

Salt and pepper to taste

Sauté onions and bell peppers. Combine remaining ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
