HALLOWEEN CANDY BARK
Posted by Judy Taylor on
This Halloween Candy Bark is both smooth and crunchy; sweet and a bit salty—and you won’t believe how easy it is to make! What you will need:
— 1 pound vanilla candy bark or white chocolate
— mini pretzel twists
— chocolate sandwich cookies with orange filling
— candy corn
— assorted sprinkles
— additional candies of your choice
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Chop cookies, pretzels and larger candies and set aside. Melt vanilla candy bark (or white chocolate) as directed on package. Pour half of the white chocolate on lined baking sheet, and spread to 1/4 inch thick.
Working quickly , add an assortment of chopped cookies, chopped candies, broken pretzels, and candy corn.
Pour remaining half of white chocolate over candy/cookie layer and spread. Add another layer of cookies, candy, and pretzels. Add sprinkles. Set aside and allow the chocolate to fully cool. To speed up the cooling time, put the baking sheet of candy bark in freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Once the candy bark is fully cooled and set, break the candy bark into pieces. Store Halloween Candy Bark in air tight container where it will keep for up to one week.
