CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY WORKSHOP DOUBLE HEADER

It's a Christmas Holiday Workshop Double Header on Saturday, November 23rd  from 10:00-12:00 at Lonesome Pine Quilts.  Make two cute holiday projects, both of which would be great gifts for the holidays and stitched with love from the heart.

First up is a Lori Holt "Mr. Snowman Placemat" with silverware pocket.  Fabric Requirements for this project: 

--2/3 yard medium/dark background fabric

--One 5" strip snowman body (or can be scrappy by using four 5" squares)

--One 3" strip color print fabric for scarf

--One 6" x 14" Holiday print fabric strip for silverware pocket.

Next Up.....Holiday Potato Chip Across The Body Bag.  Why is it called a Potato Chip Bag?  Because you can't make just one.  Fabric requirements for this project:

--3 Coordination Fat Quarters

--1/2 yard Medium Weight Interfacing

NOTE:  You can purchase fabrics at the shop before class if you desire.

Cost of the workshop is $20 and includes patterns and instruction.

What to bring??

--Sewing machine

--Scissors

--Seam Ripper

--Thread

--Straight pins

--6-1/2" ruler (or bigger)

--Iron & Ironing pad (optional)

--Walking Foot (suggested)

Please have fabrics pressed and ready to cut before class if possible.
