Broccoflower Salad

Looking for a delicious summer salad recipe?  This Broccoflower Salad is quick and easy to make and all your family or guests will love it.

INGREDIENTS:

1 head cauliflower

3 heads broccoli

3 strips cooked bacon

3/4 cup chopped cashews

1 cup Ott's French Salad Dressing (Ott's also has a Fat Free version)

DIRECTIONS:

Wash and chop cauliflower and broccoli into tiny pieces.

Mix chopped broccoli and cauliflower together in bowl and crumble cooked bacon into small pieces.  Add cooked crumbled bacon, cashews, and salad dressing to the mixture and toss making sure all is coated with dressing.

You can prepare broccoli and cauliflower and dressing the night before and refrigerate, but do not add bacon and cashews until you are ready to serve salad.
