SERGER BEYOND THE BASICS ONE DAY WORKSHOP

 Join us on Saturday, April 27th from 10:00am-2:00pm at Lonesome Pine Quilts as we explore the world of optional serfer feet, decorative threads, flat locking, ruffling, cover hem, and chain stitching.  We will make a sample notebook of various techniques with instructions and settings.  A supply list will be provided when you register.  Cost is $25 and includes instruction and handouts.

Join us for a great Mother's Day project at Lonesome Pine Quilts on Friday, May 10th and Saturday May 11th for a CATCH ALL CADDY WORKSHOP from 10:00am-3:00pm each day.  You will love this sturdy caddy bag with lots of easy-to-access slip pockets and dividers to hold and organize all your sewing, art, or craft supplies and more.  Cost is $50 and includes pattern and two days of instruction. PROJECT BAG WORKSHOP

Learn how to make your own project bags for your quilting and sewing projects on Saturday, May 18th from 10:00am-3:00pm at Lonesome Pine Quilts. These bags are great for organizing everything you need for each of your projects with handy zippered closure and vinyl windows for visibility of contents.  The pattern includes four sizes of which we will be making the larger size during the workshop.  Cost is $30 and includes pattern and instruction.  Other supplies as well as fabrics are available for separate purchase at Lonesome Pine Quilts.

SERGER BOOTCAMP

Got a Serger Machine but not sure how to work it?  Have we got the class for you on Friday, May 31st from 10:00am-2:00pm at Lonesome Pine Quilts.  Join us as we learn the basic steps and serger techniques while making a stitch library notebook.  Learn about serger parts, needle systems, knob and features, tensioning, stitch width, and differential feed.  Basic stitches include 4-thread seaming, 3-thread, roll hemming and other techniques will be explored as time allows.  Supply lists will be provided when you register.  This is a "how to" class that everyone who owns a serger or is thinking about purchasing a serger, needs to attend.  Cost is $25 and includes instruction and handouts.

SEWING MACHINE FOOT OF THE MONTH CLASS

What are all those feet used for that came with your sewing machine?

Learn the function of each one with Jenny Osborn at this Sewing Machine Foot Of The Month class on the first Friday of each month March thru June from 10:00am-1:00pm.

Cost is $15.00 per class or purchase the whole series for $40.00.

Each month we will explore different presser feet as we learn new and exciting techniques.

A sample notebook of techniques will be created with stitches. The first month we will explore all those feet that came with your machine as well as needle, thread, and stabilizers. Techniques will include, couching, pin tucks, bobbin- work, wing needle, decorative stitching, and heirloom.
