Got a chance to get away this past weekend with the family and visit Silver Dollar City's Fall Festival Event in Branson Missouri. Rides for the kids, good food, shops, and their spectacular fall display of pumpkins galore, and local crafters lining the SDC streets.....a fun place for the whole family!

Happy Fall Y'all!! This is my most favorite time of the year. Many people love the spring, or summer vacation...but for me the most wonderful time of the year starts in the fall and leads up to Christmas.

How did Lonesome Pine Quilts get it's name? From the one lonesome pine trees that stands in our front yard. So we named the ranch and the quilt shop....Lonesome Pine.
